General Preparation and presentation of Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) All Plated style cuisine. High End Lodge so High End Meal Offering with attention to detail. Well presented and well cooked, tasty meals. Assist with Menu Planning, Stock controls, Food Orders, Wastage Management. Guest Relations. Previous experience in similar position essential.

Qualifications

Professional Cookery Diploma is essential.

Skills

Hands On. Pro-Active. Well Trained with good practical experience. Willing and eager to work in the remoteness and serenity of the Bushveld away from the bright lights of the city.
