Scope and General Purpose:
Capturing, Reconciling of Supplier invoices General office duties
Live out position. Transport will be provided from Hoedspruit
5 days a week. Mon – Fri - Between 7am – 4pm
- Matric (Gr 12)
- Bookkeeping or similar financial qualification would be advantageous (or working towards a financial qualification) (not a pre-requisite)
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) & knowledge of Sage Pastel or any other accounting package is essential
- Good planning, organisation skills & attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage (not a pre-requisite)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.
- We are looking for individuals that have a thorough knowledge of basic account systems and procedures.
- The best candidate must be passionate, accurate, organised and hardworking.
- South African citizenship is advantageous; however a valid work permit is essential if you are not in possession of a South African ID document
