Required for small Bistro focusing on using products that are locally produced and mostly organic, supporting local suppliers as far as possible – including an in-house bakery.
Oversee operations in the kitchen and be responsible for preparation, ensuring the highest standards are maintained always.
The focus will be on food preparation and general kitchen management.
