Required for small Bistro focusing on using products that are locally produced and mostly organic, supporting local suppliers as far as possible – including an in-house bakery.


Oversee operations in the kitchen and be responsible for preparation, ensuring the highest standards are maintained always.

The focus will be on food preparation and general kitchen management.

Education, experience and competencies required:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a chef/kitchen manager in a busy restaurant
  • Exceptional culinary skills, keeping up with latest food trends, attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A la carte experience
  • All round cooking skills, knowledge of stock control and planning skills
  • Must be a team player
