A 5* Boutique Cape Wine & Guest Estate, situated on 14-hectres with panoramic views of mountains and vineyards, focusing on quality instead of quantity, requires a young Chef to take charge of the food side of this operation.
Our client’s property is owned & managed by a well-known local family, offers four ensuite cottages and a luxurious manor house with four double luxury bedrooms, all ensuite.
THE KITCHEN is responsible for breakfast, lunch and intimate dinner; only served to in-house guests and restricted to certain days of the week.
THE ESTATE has a function venue which can accommodate up to 250-guests Banqueting-style and up to 350-pax cinema-style, which makes the venue perfect for weddings and corporate functions. In addition, this venue boasts a Cellar seating up to 15-cinema room style, which can be transformed into a perfect location for wedding ceremonies and/ or private cellar dinners.
Our client, until now, made use of outside caterers to look after the needs of their guests, but have now decided to rather employ staff themselves.
