Location: Near Nelspruit
A 5 * luxury lodge with over 30 villas is looking to employ a Sous Chef with mainly pastry experience to join the team, the lodge currently bakes all pastries and breads and is looking to continue serving high quality pastries, cake and bread. Must have a cooking diploma or similar in order to qualify or have at least 2 years experience as a pastry chef in a large kitchen or hotel.
