The Manager must have FGASA level 2 (minimum requirement) as his duties will also include guiding.
The Manager and Manageress should be excellent congenial hosts and have strong managerial, administrative and interpersonal skills.
The client is looking for a “pioneering” couple to take the lodge to the next level.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
a). Office Administration
b). Financial Administration and Reporting
c). Manage and oversee Housekeeping operations
d). Manage and oversee Food and Beverage operations and services
e). Human resources and staff management
f). Guest liaison and relations
g). Day and night hosting duties
h). Routine Lodge maintenance and repairs
i). Lodge safety and security procedures.
k). Training and Development
a). Excellent congenial hosts
b). Strong Management, Administration, Financial and Logistics skills
c). Excellent Human Resources Management and interpersonal skills
d). Excellent organizational and planning skills.
e). Res request reservations system experience will be an advantage
f). Effective guidance and communication skills
