URGENTLY required for 5* Luxury Game Lodge


Reporting to the GM and Assistant Lodge Manager.

The Front of House Manager is responsible for managing all Front of House and Housekeeping departments to the standards laid down by the company.

Education, experience and competencies required:

  • Matric/Grade 12 + Hospitality Diploma or related
  • Minimum of 4 years as a FOH Manager
  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience in Point of Sales information systems
  • Computer Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Leadership and training skills
