Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
Candidate will be required to:
Train and motivate and manage all banqueting staff.
Assist with queries and guests complaints – management on duty.
Manage the entire service operation of all functions.
Create and maintain relationship with guests.
Daily meetings and handovers with staff.
Maintain and achieve targets.
Do monthly stock takes.
Daily room checks before check ins.
Assist guests to their room during check ins.
Running and overseeing of the hotel breakfasts.
