Heritage Hospitality Recruitment has a new vacancy for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a beautiful,modern Estate situated between Stellenbosch and Somerset West in the Cape Winelands. The position is for the Vegetable section in the Hot kitchen.

Requirements

  • Must have qualifications from a recognized chef school
  • At least 4 years’ experience
  • Worked in similar 5 star establishments
  • Good work ethic, hardworking, honest, goes the extra mile, above and beyond what is required
  • Be able to work 3 double shifts a week
  • Have own transport
  • Fluent in English
