Location: Somerset West
Heritage Hospitality Recruitment are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a strong and vibrant team on a beautiful and modern winelands estate in the Western Cape in the Somerset West area. This position is particularly for the Vegetable Section of the kitchen.
Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a previous 5* establishment
Have a keen interest in vegetarian dishes
Be able to offer new ideas for Vegetarian dishes and sides, depending on the season, and costing the dishes you come up with
Be able to work 3 x double shifts each week
Flexible, hard working and keen to go the extra mile
