Location: Cape Winelands
An upmarket and stylish restaurant and conference venue, catering for up to 250-pax and situated on a modern wine estate near Stellenbosch, requires a fully trained and strong Chef de Partie.
Our client will only consider candidates with a minimum of 18-months’ experience, after the completion of at least two years’ professional chef’s training.
This establishment operates from Wednesday –Saturday 12am-3pm and from 6:00-9:30pm, and Sunday: 12- 3pm.
A 5-day working week is, therefore, guaranteed, but split-shifts are expected.
Due to the location of the wine farm, OWN TRANSPORT is absolutely essential.
