Heritage Hospitality Recruitment are looking for a Chef de Partie for a top wine estate restaurant. This position requires an individual that is competitive, committed and passionate about food.

The restaurant operates from Wednesday – Sunday lunch service and Friday and Saturday evening service. 

Requirements –

  • Chef/culinary qualification or equivalent
  • Team orientated
  • 1+ years’ experience in a fine dining environment
  • Show leadership and take on responsibility within the kitchen
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and cleanliness
  • Work well under pressure
