RECRUITMENT FUNDI is seeking a Chef de Partie for this team of professionals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matriculation certificate (or the equivalent)
- Either Culinary Arts, Catering management or Food Service Management diploma
- Min of 2 years’ experience as a Chef De Partie (4 or 5 *)
- HACCP certification
- International experience an advantage

- Preparing and serving a range of dishes
- Ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times
- Organising kitchen operations
- Control the service line during service
- Stock take
- Delegation of duties
