One of Cape Town Southern Suburb’s well-known family restaurants, requires an experienced Senior Chef de Partie/ Junior Sous Chef for their nearly 370-seater restaurant is situated along the beach.
This establishment can become very busy during season, serving 400 to 600 covers per day.
Our client seeks a Pro-Active individual with sound food knowledge and a passion for the industry.
Only candidates, who show a stable work history (no periods of employment less than 12 months!) and have been working in busy kitchens will be considered.
