Experienced and qualified Head Chef required for Deluxe Hotel - Limpopo. The successful candidate would be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen. The candidate will also be required to maintain and implement hygiene standards and to take control of stock takes and staff training.

Job description:
Daily menu planning and preparation of Excuisite A la Carte Restaurant as well as busy conference and function venues
Involvement in Pastry and baking
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and equipment maintenance
Overseeing all food preparation - Stock control - be able to do all orders and checking of deliveries
Assist with stock takes and understanding how it works
Work as a team with Sous Chef and Chef de Partis
