SeaBreeze Fish & Shell, Bree Street, is now looking for an experienced, competent Chef de Partie with a strong background in seafood and shellfish to assist our Head Chef in delivering exceptional, consistent standards at our busy city centre restaurant
We are looking for a specific individual who can demonstrate the following:
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of local seafood & shellfish
- Must have a passion for produce
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role
- Strong practical experience of all sections
- Excellent communication skills and clear English speaking
- Excellent time keeping and reliable
- Ability to take instruction and deliver accuracy and consistency 100%
- Must be able to multitask
- Ability and desire to work as part of a tight team
- Ability to work alongside, support, and take guidance from our Head Chef
- Dedication, passion, attention to detail and a sense of humour are characteristics that go without saying!
