SeaBreeze Fish & Shell, Bree Street, is now looking for an experienced, competent Chef de Partie with a strong background in seafood and shellfish to assist our Head Chef in delivering exceptional, consistent standards at our busy city centre restaurant

We are looking for a specific individual who can demonstrate the following:


  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of local seafood & shellfish
  • Must have a passion for produce
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role
  • Strong practical experience of all sections
  • Excellent communication skills and clear English speaking
  • Excellent time keeping and reliable
  • Ability to take instruction and deliver accuracy and consistency 100%
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a tight team
  • Ability to work alongside, support, and take guidance from our Head Chef
  • Dedication, passion, attention to detail and a sense of humour are characteristics that go without saying!
