Matric. Hospitaltity management qualification. Well spoken and well presented. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Previous experience in a similar position. Must have a minimu of 3 years experience in an Operations Management position in a 4/5* lodge. Strong hospitality background.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations/running of 5 lodges in the portfolio. (Staff, stock, budgets, financials, etc.)
