Our client who is a 4* lodge situated on a wine estate and which consists of 39-bedrooms, a restaurant seating up to ±50-pax, 3 x small function/ conference venues for up to 50 guests, is seeking a young Senior Chef de Partie.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE COMPLETED
The F&B Department is not very large and concentrates on breakfast, light luncheons and a small dinner menu. This being based on the fact, that the wine estate has got its own fine dining restaurant on site and several other establishments which are in very close proximity.
