Heritage Hospitality Recruitment have an exciting opportunity available for a Head Chef for a restaurant situated within a market-style venue, with a range of other offerings including a butchery and deli. This position oversees the restaurant kitchen only.
The restaurant has an a la carte menu and is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner (except Sunday evenings). There is a strong management team in place, and the kitchen has a brigade of around ten.
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Head Chef, with experience in well-recognized establishments.
The package on offer is negotiable in the region of R 20 000 to R 25 000, plus incentives.
