Responsible for the preparation of assigned pastries and ensuring that the highest standards are followed in line with the Restaurant standards. Assists the Sous Chef in ensuring efficient kitchen operations, with focus on quality food, effective team work, cleanliness and hygiene. Must have experience in pastry section of a kitchen.
Qualifications and Skills
-Relevant certification in food preparation
-At least 2-4 years experience as CDP
-Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English
-Presentable and well spoken
-Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
-Must have own transport
