Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Management Couple for a game lodge based in Limpopo.


To ensure ultimate guest experience, whilst maintaining the ‘at home’ personal attention levels and ensuring the efficient, effective and professional management of the lodge and all its departments.

The Manager must have FGASA level 2 (minimum requirement) as his duties will also include guiding. The Manager and Manageress should be excellent congenial hosts and have strong admin skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration.
  • Financial Administration and Reporting.
  • Manage and oversee Food and Beverage operations and services.
  • Manage and oversee housekeeping operations.
  • Human resources and staff management.
  • Guest liaison and relations.
  • Day and night hosting duties.
  • Routine lodge maintenance and repairs.
  • Lodge safety and security procedures.
  • Training and development.


  • Excellent congenial hosts.
  • Strong Administration, Financial and Logistic Skills.
  • Excellent Human Resources Management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Res request reservations system experience will be an advantage.
  • Effective guidance and communication skills.


This is a live-in role and offers a negotiable salary.
