The successful candidate MUST have at least 4 - 5 years experience at a 5* Lodge. Must be able to work well under pressure and run the shift without supervision. Strong work ethic and no party politics. Computer literate with MS Office. Experience in Protel & Procure highly advantageous. Drivers licence. Would prefer a cadidate who has strong Front Office / Housekeeping background in order to run the department and bring a true sense of 5 star service. Excellent guest liaison skills a must.
