Job Description

General Hot Kitchen Chef de Partie or Sous Chef duties will apply according to level of experience. Candidate will be responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of meals to 5* Fine Dining Standard. Previous experience within similar role required.

Qualifications

Professional Cookery Diploma essential. (Prue Leith, ICA, Sillwood Fine Dining Qualifications preferred)

Skills

Hands On. Passionate about fine quality Cuisine. Strong Hot Kitchen Skills. Great Plating skills and ability.
