The successful applicants must:

• Have experience in similar position in upmarket establishments / 5*
• Be qualified i.e in possession of a diploma from a recognised institution
• Must be passionate about food and cooking
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and be able to take and follow instruction
• Must be reliable, hardworking and be able to cope with pressure  
• Understand depth of flavour, presentation and flair
• Knowledge and technique is of importance
• Good communication skills and presentable
