Well established, high volume restaurant in Cape Town, wishes to appoint a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in leading and managing the kitchen and team. The restaurants offers a variety of dishes in an upmarket environment and is open 7 days a week. Duties will include:
Candidates must have previous experience as a Snr Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in a busy upmarket, high volume restaurant environment. Have strong managerial skills and controls and be able to work shifts. Own reliable transport is essential.
