Fully managing a Restaurant/Cafe/Takeaway Kitchen located within an Academic institution in Sandton. Running of a fast paced service kitchen. Preparation, plating and presentation of meals for Breakfast and Lunch service mainly. Assist with Stock Control and Orders. Menu Planning, Preparation of Meals. Previous experience within similar position essential.
Professional Cookery Diploma.
Must be experienced within a senior kitchen Management/Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef position in a Restaurant/Cafe style environment. A little banqueting experience is also an advantage as occasionally will need to assist with functions.
