Heritage Hospitality Recruitment have a lovely opportunity available for a Reservations Consultant for a small group of luxury lodges. This position is based in Cape Town’s City Bowl.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Groups reservations experience advantageous
  • Previous experience in a luxury tour operating environment preferred
  • Computer Literacy and creative writing skills required.
  • Previous Hospitality and Travel Experience essential.
  • Opera experience extremely beneficial
  • The ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment.
  • The ability to work well within a team environment and without supervision.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and mannerisms required.
  • Team and goal orientated.
