  • Under the general guidance of the General Manager assess, evaluate and ensure that operational goals and standards are maintained for the bar
  • To direct and manage all food & Beverage activities to maximize food & beverage revenue, profitability and quality goals by developing and executing training plans, marketing strategies, up-selling strategies, controlling costs, and by providing quality service and products to guests
  • To exceed guest expectation through service and products we offer


  • Should have at least 5 years’ experience in same or similar position
  • Experience in banqueting will be an advantage
  • Manage staff effectively.
  • Experience with TabletPos POS beneficial

Key Performance Objectives:

  • Creates a positive team atmosphere among team members
  • Maintains HR for team, including rostering, discipline and payroll
  • Understands budgets and operating costs to drive sales and control costs
  • Maintain the budgeted Cost of Sales on beverage
  • Regular team meetings
  • Training calendar and training of all staff
  • Handling guest feedback 
  • Controls operating equipment and checks par levels, plans efficiently to ensure bar operates optimally
  • Management of maintenance
  • Cashiering, balance against sales and average spends, ensure meeting budget targets
