A challenging opportunity for experienced senior restauranteurs to join this expanding gourmet hospitality group based at head office in JHB.
Working closely with Managing Directors as well as HODs including the training manager you will be responsible for overall portfolio operations & brand management; revenue; service & offerings - Another key function will be project management of new openings nationally!
As Operations Manager you will have the ability to manage a large portfolio of full-service restaurants; SOP development for growing organisations, keen mentor with a positive work ethic, management style & sharing culture is best suited!
What you’ll need:
Minimum 5 yrs within senior full-service restaurant operations – Multi-site essential
Full financial acumen with strong reporting skills
Previous experience in branding & pre-opening
Strong business acumen & exceptional interpersonal/ communication skills
Long-term strategic planning, management development, project management, quality improvement skills required
Excellent management, leadership and strategic planning skills
