A Large Luxury property is looking for a Night Manager.

To be responsible for General Night Hotel Operations, concentrating on the Front of House to ensure that the standards as laid down by the company policies and procedures are adhered to in order to achieve the highest occupancy percentage, at the best possible average room rate. To provide the best possible standard in service to all in house and prospective guests

REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST have a Minimum of 3 year experience in a Front Office Supervisory/management
position at a 4/5 star property
• Accounting skills
• Opera “Front Office and Cashiering functions” A MUST
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work within and lead a team
• Fluent in English and one other official language
• Display a high level of emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of rental pool an advantage
• Attention to detail
• Highly developed service ethic
• Well-developed problem solving skills
• Ability to work day shifts and also weekend duty manager where required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Std. 10 (Grade 12)
• Front Office, NQ Level 2 or other relevant tertiary qualification A Must
• Accounting training or qualification an advantage
• Supervisor or management level experience (a must)
