We are looking for a creative, organized and dynamic Sous Chef for this extremely popular bistro.
Successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience within a busy restaurant environment
- Have an exceptional palate and ability to conceptualize dishes
- Be a patient leader, willing to motive, encourage and mentor the team
- Have the ability to work under pressure and very busy conditions
- Be an organized Chef with strong financial accumen - ability to manage food cost, stock control etc.
- Be fastidious about hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- A good communicator and team player
