·         Assist the Business Optimisation Manager in identifying potential sales opportunities, the coordination of sales calls and subsequent follow ups

·         Ongoing communication with relevant departments, providing updates and information on latest promotions, packages, special offers and incentives

·         Update all necessary marketing material 

  • Manage all social media platforms
  • Organise and coordinate promotional event &, campaigns
  • Compile branding requirements – pamphlets and online media

·         Manage the stock and distribution of sales kits, collateral and giveaways

·         Assist with the accurate maintenance of electronic and hard copy files with client records, correspondence and history 

·         Monitor and update client databases, ensuring mailings are effective and relevant

         Liase with Above-property Sales Team  on potential Sales leads

  • Analysing Production Stats

·         Capturing of information from the Property Management System 

·         Completion of monthly sales and site inspection reports

·         Conduct on property site inspections when needed.

·         Assist with hosting sales-related events, including lunches and dinners on the property, when required (including evenings and weekends)

·         Timeous response to enquiries, providing accurate information to potential guests and clientele

·         Liaise with Clients / Guests throughout the customer journey, providing an exceptional standard of service and delivery

·         Communication and briefings with relevant Team Members

·         Assist with the preparation of Site inspections and other events 

·         Accurate completion of administration, including the recording of inquiry to booking ratio, function sheets and relevant databases

  • Daily, weekly and Monthly reporting
  • Assisting Revenue Optimization Manager with ad-hoc functions
