Location: V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
A high-end restaurant, bar, and club is in search of vibrant, energetic, well-presented and experienced Floor Managers to join the team on a seasonal contract basis till March 2020. You will be required to work extensive shifts, manage the food and beverage operation on the floor during service, assist service staff, attend to guests' requests and complaints and work in a very high pace, demanding environment.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, and QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
SA Citizens with a grade 12 qualification or equivalent,
A Hospitality Management qualification is a strong recommendation,
Experience in the Front of House or Food and Beverage department of the hospitality industry,
Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written, Reading),
Computer literacy with working experience on a POS system
Superior customer service and liaison skills with above-average problem-solving skills,
Above average ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
Well developed supervisory skills
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
