Location: Cape Winelands
Our client who is a 4* lodge situated on a wine estate and which consists of 40-bedrooms, a restaurant seating up to ±50-pax, 3 x small function/ conference venues for up to 50 guests, seeks a dynamic and presentable Restaurant Manager.
We require a candidate with a stable work history who can manage a small team of full-time and casual Waiters, have excellent interpersonal skills and who is able to manage a small setup entirely on its own.
Our client prefers to employ someone who already resides in the Stellenbosch/ Somerset West area and who has his own reliable transport with valid drivers’ license.
