Previous experience within a reservation management position. Excellent communication skills. Quick thinking. Must be passionate about travel. Excellent time management an ability to set and meet deadlines Must be adept in using MS Office Suite. Familiar with Protel PMS system, Nightsbridge and Synxis CRS a plus. Team orientated.
- Maximising sales and occupancy at three 5* properties
- Managing rates and availabiity to optimise sales
- Overseeing the day to day running of the reservations office
- Supporting and assisting the reservations team
- Managing and coordinating all Tour Operator and Agent allocations
- Assisting the UK reservatins manger with reporting, rate loade and rate administration
- Remaining up to date with product knowledge of competitor properties
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM and one Saturday a month (time will be given off in lieu during the week.
