Location: Dunkeld West
Tourism/Hospitality qualification. Protel or similar PMS Training essential. Minimum 3 years Lodge Reservations or similar industry experience in the luxury market. Computer literate with Microsoft Office. English speaking, fluent in written Engish. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent telephone manner and good communicator. Own transport essential.
The successful candidate will handle sales and reservations enquiries and bookings for two properties in a timely and professional manner with the goal to achieve or exceed all reservations tragets by maximising all sales opportunities.
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and 2 Saturdays per month (Time will be given off in lieu)
