Selling the restaurants and hotels for corporate business and building a clientele.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Targets the corporate market to sell the facilities of the hotel and our restaurants.
- Build a clientele of the corporate market.
- Site inspections where necessary.
- Responds to all email, telephonic and personal requests.
- Send quotes and follows up on all quotes.
- Manages the function if needed.
- Produce weekly sales figures.
- Acquisition of new business and maintenance of current business.
- Any adhoc duty given by the Ops Manager and MD.
- Impeccable grooming coupled with excellent communication skills
- Matric with hospitality qualification
- 3-5 Management Level experience in Sales and Marketing or similar gained in an upmarket environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible working hours although predominantly a Monday to Friday position
- Passion and drive for industry
- Own reliable transport
