The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire fish processing operation, from receival of fresh fish to final packing after preparation - which includes filleting, cold or hot smoking, Canning and more - of the final resale products. A range of Gourmet Salmon Trout products are produced in the factory and we are open to expanding the product range with your suggestions.
It is a hands-on position, which requires very limited physical office work, but rather hands-on management of the entire production process. With extreme emphasis on hygiene and quality management.
Associated and expected skillsets of the position is a necessity, enhanced by experience in large production kitchens or large scale catering.
