IN-HOUSE RECRUITER - DURBAN - R15000 to R20000
The Right Company are currently looking for an In-House Recruiter for a Fast Food Company in Durban.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria of high calibre individuals as well as for the best in the market
- Source potential candidates through various platforms and online channels
- Plan and facilitate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments as well as the induction process.
- Shortlist candidates and conduct reference checks
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives and drive brand values
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and create a diverse talent pool
- Assist the HR department where required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
- Gmail/Outlook and Microsoft office competent
- Minimum 2 years related experience required
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks and trends Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills

- Team player
