We are looking for a qualified, creative, innovative and dynamic individual to lead our kitchen:
The successful candidate must be between 28 to 38 years of age and willing to relocate to Namibia.
Namibian PRP will be a substantial advantage, however not a requirement.
International recognition & qualifications as a Chef.
Master of the English Language – German or any other foreign language will be a definite advantage.
At least 5 five years relevant experience in similar background in a 4 to 5 Star fine dining establishment.
Excellent references in the field of International Gastronomy.
Flexibility and able to work well under pressure.
International experience will be an advantage.
Running & Organizing of a kitchen for a 55 a la Carte seated restaurant.
Strong Management Skills.
Stock controlling including ordering and rotation.
Menu planning (cost controlling).
Interpersonal Skills/Staff training.
Must have a code B drivers license.
